Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Hair in Istanbul wants everyone to be able to learn about hair transplant treatment and contact our clinic, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Pages use semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, so they can be navigated with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.
- All features can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Decorative visuals, such as the 3D hair journey on the home page, are hidden from screen readers, and the same information is available as text on the page.
- The website respects your device’s reduced-motion setting and supports light and dark themes.
- Text can be enlarged without losing content or functionality.
Batuss Accessibility options
An accessibility panel is available on every page, from the button on the left edge of the screen or with the keyboard shortcut Option + A (Mac) or Alt + A (Windows). It lets you:
- increase text size and spacing, or switch to a simpler font;
- turn on high contrast, highlighted links, a stronger focus outline or a large cursor;
- use a reading guide, stop animations, video and 3D effects, or have the page read aloud.
Your settings are remembered in your browser. These options are an additional aid and do not replace the assistive technology you already use.
Known limitations
- Captions and transcripts will be provided for Hairgram videos when they are published.
- Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible.
