KVKK Personal Data Notice
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains how Hair in Istanbul, as data controller, processes the personal data you share through this website.

Identity data (name), contact data (phone number, email address, country), the content of your message, the consent record (notice version and time) and transaction security data (a coded summary of your IP address, the pages used and the referring source).
3. Purposes
Responding to your enquiry and call-back request, preparing an assessment and offer, planning treatment and appointments, keeping communication and consent records, ensuring website and information security, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Method of collection and legal reasons
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on this website. It is processed on the basis of KVKK Article 5(2)(c), because processing is necessary for the steps you request before a contract; Article 5(2)(f), for our legitimate interest in website security; Article 5(2)(ç), where a legal obligation applies; and your explicit consent where required, including for the transfer of your data abroad and for any health data.
5. Transfer
Your data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers only as far as needed to provide these services, and with authorised public institutions where the law requires it. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Your rights under Article 11
You may apply to us to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions are notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
